15A - Figuring Out Buying Behavior No. 2

1)     I interviewed three other of my friends that also all happen to have pets so they are still in my segment. 2)     As I conducted my interviews I found out that price is a big factor. With the idea of having a service that will animals, they believe that it should be a sort of non-profit in which I could accept donations and sponsors. This is due to the fact that they think that my service should not have to be paid for since it should be an automatic thing to respect animals to begin with. If animals weren’t being abused this service wouldn’t need to exist so why should we have to pay for the cruel behavior of others? Unfortunately, this is the reality and why there is a need for this kind of service to be created. They also believe that the quality should be as high as possible. The animals should be getting the best care they can possibly get and have high priority in their rehabilitation, release, or adoption process depending...

14A - Halfway Reflection

1) To keep up with the requirements of this course I have done many things. I always make sure to look at the calendar to keep track of the assignments with their due dates. This is essential towards the success of the course so that you have the opportunity to get the most possible points towards your final grade. I also make sure to give my all on all of my assignments to make sure I am getting the most out of this class and to get honest feedback on how I am doing. 2) I do not think that I have reached a moment in this class in which I felt like “giving up.” This class makes very clear what is expected of you and the assignments really help you think differently when it comes to what a “problem” is. I had never thought of a problem being a kind of opportunity and this class has really opened my eyes to that. Although I have not struggled with this class much I do believe that my tenacious attitude has only increased since taking this course. I think this comes from my...

13A - Reading Reflection No. 1

Coco Chanel by Lisa Chaney 1)   What surprised you the most? What surprised me the most about Coco Chanel is that she never had any children. As a woman, I want to become a mother someday but I guess she had her own reasons as to why she never became one. What about the entrepreneur did you most admire? What I most admire about Coco is her willingness to be different and practical when it came to fashion. At the time, corsets were what women used which are extremely uncomfortable. She was able to find a way to create fashion that was both comfortable and luxurious. She helped change the fashion world forever. What about the entrepreneur did you least admire? What I least admire about Coco is that she once had a relationship with a Nazi during World War II. Maybe she did it for survival or maybe she really did have genuine feelings for him, but knowing the terrible things that Nazis did and that she was in a relationship with one, seems sad and disappointing to know. D...
